Capping Options
The OYSTAR Dawson ‘Level’ Filling machines can be supplied with integral capping options, which are driven and controlled by the filling machine, remaining in complete synchronisation at all times, and changing speed in line with the required machine output.
Wipe-on or Pick and Place capping options are available dependent on the style of cap and the required output speed. Both applications can be used for push-on caps, or as over-capping on heat-sealed foil applications.
Precision container handling locates the container accurately during capping.
Wipe-on Capping
- Generally for lower speed applications up to 180 cpm
- Simple Cap applications.
Pick and Place Capping
- Generally for higher speed applications above 180 cpm.
