Cap Inspectors
As the need to check the integrity of sealed caps on containers becomes increasingly important OYSTAR Dawson in co-operation with a leading cap manufacturer developed a stand-alone Cap Inspection & Reject Unit.
Constructed as a self contained and integral unit, it is designed for robust operation within difficult and wet environments.
The sensor unit uses laser technology to inspect the cap shape and the position of the cap on the container.
